This form is for signing up for the MMD & A2MM Cricket Tournament. Please note that you have to fill this form for each person you have registered for the tournament. Please ensure you use the same email address that you have used for registering for the event on Tugoz.
Teams will be put together based on experience level, age and category of tournament selected. We will have 8 persons in one team. The draws and tournament nature will be announced as we get closer to the event.
