Our picnic timeline is as follows:
1.00 pm - 1.30
pm: Check-in & Meet & Greet
1.30 pm - 2.00
pm: Guided Yoga for all age groups. Please bring your own Yoga mat.
2.00 pm - 3.30
pm: Fun games, Lagori, and Cricket for all age groups. Bring your Cricket
Set, Frisbee, Volleyball, etc.
3.30 pm - 4.00 pm: Scavenger hunt for kids. Kids must be accompanied at all the times by Parent/Designated Adult.
3.30 pm - 4.00 pm: Small Business Owners will talk about their products/ services: Details in the below sign-up link - Sign up using the link if you wish to speak about your business. (Gaav-Jatra 2026 -Tell About Your Business – Fill out form)
4.00 pm - 4.30
pm: Spring time Celebration: Snacks, Tea and Cake provided by Marathi Vishwa.
4.30 pm - 5.00
pm - Water Balloon fight for kids. Parents' assistance and watch over little
kids is expected. Bring your own towels
5.00 pm - Cleanup and dismantle
