Vitthal Mandir US in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, was established in May 2023, with the arrival of Lord Vitthala and Rukmini from the sacred city of Pandharpur. In just three years, a small beginning has grown into a vibrant community—growing not only in numbers, but also in devotion, participation, and a shared sense of belonging. This journey now inspires us to take the next step: to expand the Mandir and create a sacred space that can welcome and serve an ever-growing community.
As part of this journey, we are honored to present Kalaimamani Bala Devi Chandrashekar, internationally renowned Bharatanatyam dancer, teacher, and Professor of Practice, in Mauli – A Timeless Tradition. Conceived and developed by Bala Devi, Mauli brings together movement, music, devotion, and storytelling to offer a unique experience of a timeless tradition that has touched generations.
We invite you to join us for this special evening. To immerse yourself in the music, movement, artistry, and devotion of Bala Devi’s Mauli, and to become part of Vitthal Mandir’s journey toward building a sacred space for all of us.
